FCP - Senior Quality Manager

We are looking for a Senior Quality Manager to join a highly skilled and collaborative team focused on strengthening quality and driving excellence across economic crime prevention. This is a key role where you will combine subject matter expertise with structured quality management to shape best practices and ensure robust, effective processes.

The Role

As a Senior Quality Manager, you will play a central role in enhancing quality across multiple control units within Swedbank’s Economic Crime Prevention organization. You will ensure that financial crime risks are identified, assessed and managed effectively, while contributing to the continuous development of frameworks, methodologies and ways of working.

You will evaluate and strengthen processes related to transaction monitoring, fraud prevention, financial sanctions and complex investigations, while independently assessing performance and identifying areas for improvement. A key part of your role will be to challenge existing practices, drive change through analysis and contribute to a more data-driven and systematic approach to quality.

Owning the full review cycle, from planning to reporting, you will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that improvements are implemented and deliver real impact.

Your Profile

You bring a strong background within financial crime, combined with experience in quality management, compliance/audit or process development. You are analytical, structured and comfortable working independently in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.

With a solid understanding of governance and internal control frameworks, you have the ability to translate insights into actionable improvements. You communicate clearly, build strong relationships and take a proactive, solution-oriented approach to your work.

Fluency in both English and Swedish is required.
