CFO Arktika Capital

Arktika Capital is a fast growing financial company focused on acquiring and managing non performing loan portfolios across Europe. With strong backing, substantial capital and all required licenses in place, and with expected SDR status in the near term, the company is well positioned to capture a rapidly growing market driven by regulatory change.

Arktika is now looking for a CFO to take ownership of the financial agenda and play a key role in building a scalable, high performing organization.

The role

As CFO, you will own the financial side of the business, working closely with the CEO, who owns the commercial agenda. This is a highly strategic and business oriented role where finance is at the core of decision making. You will build and shape the finance function from the ground up, set the framework for how capital is allocated, and play an active role in investments, funding, and overall business prioritization. Our ability to make fast, disciplined investment decisions is built on a proprietary, data driven infrastructure, a core pillar of how we operate and compete. As CFO, you will play a central role in further evolving this. You will be actively involved in building a modern, scalable data platform that integrates financial and regulatory reporting, portfolio analytics, and investment decision support. You are part of the management team and will have a direct impact on the company’s direction and growth.

In your day to day work, you will:
• Take ownership of financial steering, structure, and performance follow up
• Act as a key partner in investment decisions and capital allocation
• Drive funding, liquidity, and capital structure in line with growth
• Build scalable processes, KPIs, and ways of working

Your profile

You thrive in environments where structure meets entrepreneurship. You have a strong understanding of how a regulated financial business operates, but more importantly, you know how to build, prioritize, and execute in a fast moving organization. This role requires independence, ownership, and a strong business mindset. You are comfortable making decisions with incomplete information, challenging the status quo, and driving initiatives from idea to implementation. You are hands on, analytical, and pragmatic, with the ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution. Most importantly, you want to be part of building something from the ground up and have a direct impact on both business and results.
