About the Role

We are seeking a Finance Manager to join Naturskogsgruppen and support our ambitious growth journey. As Finance Manager, you will play a central role in developing the finance function with responsibility for driving the structuring, development, and optimization of financial processes and systems. The role includes responsibilities for reporting, compliance, liquidity management, and financial planning. You will collaborate with the CEO, owners, and business unit managers, providing data-driven analysis ensuring operational excellence and guiding strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and structure an efficient finance function that supports organic growth and acquisitions.
• Lead the financial reporting processes.
• Optimize cash flows, manage working capital, and ensure liquidity.
• Support management with financial analysis and strategic insights.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and tax requirements.
• Manage external audits, internal controls, and risk management.
• Support M&A processes with due diligence and integration of acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in a finance function or consultancy, preferably in companies with multiple business units and active M&A agendas.
• Proven ability to build, implement, and digitize financial processes.
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Knowledge of liquidity management and working capital optimization.
• Strong analytical skills, strategic understanding, and process-oriented work approach.
• Fluency in Swedish and English.
