Intrum is now recruiting a Global Performance Controller to its Servicing division, working directly alongside the Global Head of Servicing and in close collaboration with Group CFO Office. Servicing is a central part of Intrum’s business, responsible for managing portfolios and recurring revenue streams across multiple European markets.

The Role

The Global Performance Controller is a newly created role with a clear mandate to bring structure, transparency and performance discipline to a complex, multinational environment. The role carries significant influence through close interaction with senior leadership and local market teams. As Global Performance Controller – Servicing, responsibilities include:

  • Driving budgeting, forecasting and performance follow-up across the Servicing business
  • Analysing deviations and providing actionable insights to the Global Head of Servicing
  • Supporting and challenging local finance teams in improving performance transparency
  • Collaborating closely with Group CFO Office

This is not a pure reporting role. It combines recurring performance management with structural improvement initiatives and hands-on engagement. For the right candidate, this represents a natural next step in an already established finance career, offering exposure, international scope and close proximity to senior decision-making.

Background

A suitable candidate holds a relevant academic degree in Finance, Economics or similar and has 5-10 years of experience within business control, performance management or financial analysis. You have worked with budgeting, forecasting and qualified financial follow-up in an international or multi entity environment. Experience from regulated industries such as banking, fintech or financial services is meritorious. A background in consulting, transformation projects or performance improvement work is highly valued.

To thrive in this role, you are comfortable operating close to senior stakeholders, structuring complex environments and driving clarity where processes and data quality may vary between markets.
